Pitch with Conviction
We train the complete athlete through mechanics, mindset, and meaning—empowering young pitchers to lead with purpose and perform under pressure.
Conviction is more than a lesson—it’s a psychology-driven foundation designed to help young athletes find their self-belief on every pitch.
Reoccurring Sessions
Initial 1 Hour Evaluation
$95 • 1h
The Initial Evaluation is designed to give us a clear starting point. This session allows me to assess your pitcher’s movement patterns, mechanics, body awareness, and overall foundation so we can better understand where they are now and what they need most moving forward. It’s a chance to identify strengths, uncover gaps, and create a more intentional plan for development. This is where we establish the baseline and begin building with purpose.
1 Hour Session
$85 • 1h
These 1:1 sessions are built around internal rotation mechanics—helping you move efficiently and pain-free. Through personalized feedback and tailored drills, we break down mechanics, boost body awareness, and sharpen your ability to compete from the inside out. This is where clean movement meets mental toughness.
30 Minute Session
$50 • 30m
These 30-minute sessions are designed for focused work around internal rotation mechanics—helping you move better, feel better, and stay sharp. With individualized feedback and purposeful drills, we target clean movement, stronger body awareness, and confident competition. Short, intentional, and effective.
Add Ons
Intensive Session
$250 • 2h
Intensive Sessions are designed for pitchers who want the time and space to really dig in. These two-hour lessons let us go beyond the surface so we can break down mechanics, build body awareness, and make meaningful adjustments without feeling rushed. We’re able to slow things down, coach the “why” behind each movement, and connect it all back to confidence, consistency, and competing with conviction. Whether we’re fine-tuning sequencing, cleaning up movement patterns, or reinforcing mindset under pressure, these sessions are built for deeper work that actually sticks.
Mental Training
$45 • 30m
Conviction Core is all about the mental side of pitching—learning how to stay cool under pressure, trust yourself, and show up with confidence no matter the moment. We dig into the mindset skills that actually stick, so you're not just throwing; you're competing. You'll learn how to breathe, reset, refocus, and own the circle.
Video Evaluation
$60 • Online
In this initial video evaluation, I give feedback upon watching a video of your child's pitching mechanics. I analyze their form, give written/spoken feedback, and a personalized set of drills on Google Slides to help them improve their mechanics.

Meet Coach Andrea
With a psychology degree and a heart still tied to the circle, I’ve rebuilt what softball means to me. Today, I coach pitchers with the care, precision, and respect I wish I had received. I don’t just teach mechanics and strikes—I coach confidence. I build trust. I hold space for athletes to grow, to fail forward, to feel safe in their bodies and bold in their game. To find their conviction. Softball is, and will always be more than just a game.
Policy & Terms
-
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full. Lesson time is reserved specifically for your athlete, so late cancellations leave time that usually cannot be filled on short notice.
-
Please plan to arrive early enough to be warmed up and ready to begin at your scheduled time. Lessons will still end at the originally scheduled time, even if the athlete arrives late.
-
If your athlete is sick, please text as soon as possible so we can reschedule. Lessons will not be held if an athlete is visibly ill for the protection of myself and other athletes.
-
Payment is due before the lesson begins, upon scheduling unless otherwise arranged in advance. This keeps scheduling smooth and allows the session to stay fully focused on coaching and development.
-
Text is the best way to communicate about scheduling changes, sickness, or same-day issues. Please allow a little grace during coaching hours, as replies may not be immediate while lessons are in progress
-
Athletes should arrive with the equipment needed for their session, including glove, turf shoes or cleats if appropriate, water, and any other required gear. If a catcher is needed for the lesson format, that should be arranged ahead of time unless otherwise discussed
-
Prepaid lessons or packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. When possible, lessons canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled within a reasonable time frame.
